Launching of D-LED series

This product series uses the AMS technology allowing for low thermal resistance at below 1 deg C/w for efficient thermal management. This provides better shelf life performance that is suitable for high power luminaire applications.

D-LED is DSEM first LED Light Engine launch with superior low thermal resistance substrate.

This series has a range of products from 5W to 95W. The biggest milestone in the product series is more than 110lm/w cool white solution.
