  • Public Relations Executive

    Responsibilities
    • Assist in the planning, scheduling and implementation of all PR activities & event-related activities
    • Research and identifying trends in the industry & client categories
    • Liaising with external parties e.g. medias to ensure maximum and positive write-up on the company, product and services
    • Manage project/tasks as expected by management within budget and deadlines. Able to adapt to last minute decision
    • Manage company sponsored events and liaise with internal & external parties from conceptualization to completion to ensure smooth running of functions
    • Creating high media visibility and positioning for Clients
    Requirements
    • Bachelors' degree in communications, journalism, social sciences, or related discipline, with a min of 3 years experience
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills
    • Ability to understand integrated communications and apply it strategically would be highly valued
    • A team player who's willing to contribute to the overall success of assigned project
    • Preferably Executives specializing in Public Relations/Communications or equivalent
    • In depth knowledge and practical know-how in Media Relations
    • Ability to handle pressure, tight deadlines and able to work independently
  • Product Development Engineer

    Responsibilities
    • Design and develop high power Light Emitting Diode (LED) products
    • Perform simulations, FMEA and DOE to optimize product design and processes to meet Design for Manufacturing (DfM)
    • Working with customers in new product designs and proliferations
    • Working on new product design and materials roadmap
    Requirements
    • Degree, Masters in Mechanical, Electrical, Solid State Physics
    • Minimum 2 years of working experience (Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply)
    • Good communication skill (written and spoken) in English
    • Team player, creative, adventurous and good interpersonal skills
    • Knowledge in Stress/Thermal Simulation, Optics Simulation will be an added advantage
    • Knowledge in LED products and process will be an added advantage

    • Characterization and qualification of machines and processes for production
    • Define process problems that lead to throughput or quality issues, evaluate root cause, implement solutions to stabilize processes and evaluate results
    • Responsible for quality, yield, process, productivity, and cost improvement
    • Provide continuous engineering support to production
    • Define and generate relevant process evaluation data, result and process documentation
    • Participate in transferring new products from R&D as a project leader or member
    • Provide training and leadership for a team of technicians and operators
    Requirements
    • Minimum 2 years' experience in process engineering or related field (Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply)
    • Good interpersonal & communication skills, in both written and spoken English
    • Good analytical skills with the ability to work independently
    • Knowledge in statistical tools e.g. DOE, Six Sigma, process capability or SPC
    • Knowledge in PVD Sputtering or Chemical Process will be an added advantage
  • Manufacturing / Engineering Engineer

    Responsibilities
    • Work with Product Development team to assess, develop, optimize processes for new LED product designs
    • Assist Product Development team with PFMEA, Control Plan and DOE to optimise the processes to meet DfM
    • Maintain, troubleshoot and improve all manufacturing equipments (DA, WB, Encapsulation and Tester)
    • Work on continuous yield improvement and production volume ramp strategies
    Requirements
    • Degree, Masters in Mechanical, Electrical, Solid State Physics
