Research. Realise. Revolutionize

DST is the research and development arm of the DSEM Group. DST researches, develops and licenses new methodologies with the objective to commercialize a flexible product line of Metal Core Printed Circuit Boards (MCPCB) for various thermal performance requirements for the electronics industry. The MCPCB will be licensed to our associate company, DSEM for manufacturing.

DST's initial product, ALOX™ will be directed specifically at printed circuit board manufacturers and high power devices and LED manufacturers. Our product roadmap includes developing products for the flexible circuit industry as well as direct chip bonding onto the ALOX™.

With its MSC status, DST aspires to become a first of its kind Thermal Engineering Design Consultancy in Malaysia with a focus on extensive R&D activities. DST forms virtual networks with smaller medium enterprises through its Virtual Seamless Manufacturing (eVSM) software platform. This allows DST to strengthen its thermal engineering capabilities and leverage the competencies of key partners across Malaysia. This is another win-win partnership for our associate companies which enable businesses to become an integrated part of our holistic services without duplicating capabilities in-house.
